Anna Katherine Parcesepe, 87, of Stanardsville, VA died on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on June 4, 1925 in Morganfield, KY to the late Henry and Elizabeth Wright Riddle.
She is survived by her children, Betty Weaver and her husband, Norman, Carole Edwards and David Shelton and his wife, Pam.
Additional survivors include her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Hampton, Samantha Shaner, Kendall Griffin, Shane Shelton, Jamie Shelton Taylor, Kendra Shelton Morris, Kory Shelton Thomas. Erin Shelton Morris and Kaleb T. Shelton, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her children’s father, T.M. Shelton, husband, Robert J. Parcesepe, her son, Thomas Dailey Shelton and her sister, Jane Riddle Hite.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968 with Rev. Gordon Meriwether officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to South River Methodist Church c/o Ethyl Guisepe, 3416 South River Rd Stanardsville, VA 22973 &/or the Greene County Rescue Squad, PO Box 302 Stanardsville, VA 22973.
