Betty Jean Schneider, 79, of Stanardsville, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born on June 19, 1935 in Hunington, WV to the late Eugene and Mary Donoughue Schneider.
She is survived by her children, Sheryl Smith Payne of Halifax, Wayne Edward Smith of Stanardsville and David Michael Smith, Sr. of Stanardsville and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 4 p.m. at Calvary Chapel of Greene, 50 Sassafras Lane, Ruckersville, VA 22968 (Ruckersville Fire Department), with Pastor Jack Richards officiating.
