Breonna Skye Clements

Breonna Skye Clements departed this life on Saturday, July 1, 2023. She was born on October 29, 1995, in Charlottesville, VA, to Jason Patrick Clements (Amanda) and Laura Ann Faulkner (Eric).

In addition to her parents she was the beloved mother to Bryson Clements and Madison Zelee, Jr; grandparents, Goldie and Thomas Mallory; brothers, Corey Clements (Victoria), James Hoffman (Destiney), and Jameris Hoffman; nephews, Kalija Clements and Kay’son Hoffman; cousin, Audrey Hill; favorite cousin, Tameka Hill (Cleophus) and Raekwon Fox; special friend, Valerie Carpenter; eight uncles; two aunts; and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Annie B. Faulkner; maternal grandfather, Randolph Early; paternal grandfather, James Clements.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at McDaniel Funeral Home starting at 11am.
