Catherine “Ruby” Crawford, 77, of Ruckersville, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on September 22, 1937 in Charlottesville, VA to the late Abraham and Anna Collier.
She is survived by her sons, Harold, Curtis, Jimmy and David Crawford and her daughter, Phyllis Collier; her siblings, Louise, Mattie and Joyce; grandchildren, Tiffany, Kenny, Melanie, Jennifer and Shannon; and one great grandson, Jesse.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Crawford and two sons, Wilson and Donnie Crawford.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery in Gordonsville with Mike Dean officiating.
