Connie Elaine Aylor

Connie Elaine Aylor, 63, of Ruckersville, Va passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at her home. She was born on February 15, 1960 to the late Richard Edwin Aylor and Mattie Johnson Aylor of Novum, Va.

Connie worked as a dispatcher for the Virginia State Police and retired from the College of William & Mary. She enjoyed horseback riding and especially riding in the local trails with friends. She was an animal lover and loved her dogs, horses and cats!

She also never missed a chance to go shopping. She loved holiday’s and decorating!

She is survived by her companion, Roger Carpenter of Ruckersville, Va and her sister Sandra Aylor Barnes of Culpeper, Va.

Connie will be missed by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper, Va with Pastor Josh Shifflett officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Madison-Greene Humane Society in her memory.
