Dorothy Ann Rucker, 56, of Stanardsville, VA died on Friday, June 7, 2013 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on June 15, 1956 in Charlottesville, VA to the late Davis and Rosetta Faulkner Rucker.
She is survived by her sons, Jonathan and Josh Rucker; her siblings, Lynn, Jessie, Frankie (Loretta), Warren, and Davis Rucker and Divine Jackson; two grandchildren, Krishawena and Zacharias Barber; two god children, Kiara and Mylasia Berry and special friends, McKee Morton, John Holmes and Linda Wood.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Davis Rucker, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Rucker Family Cemetery on Toms Rd with Rev. Rickey White officiating.
