Frances Ann Powell Harper

 Frances Ann Powell Harper, 79, of Stanardsville, Virginia passed peacefully away at her home Thursday, April 8, 2021.

A native of Greene County, Ann was born August 14, 1941 at Aspen Grove Farm in Ruckersville, daughter of the late George Marvin and Florence Moyer Powell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, George William Powell; sister, Marie Hancock and her husband, Ronnie; and niece, Debra Breeden Bevard.

Ann is survived by her husband, Donald; brother, Henry Powell and his wife, Gloria of Somerset, VA; sister, Mary Breeden and her husband, Walker of Bloomington, IL.

She is also survived by her son, Keith Shifflett; granddaughter, Dana McCauley; grandson, Dylan Shifflett; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Marshall McCauley.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 12, 2021 at Holly Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jeff Tucker officiating.
