Gerald Malcolm Childress
Gerald Malcolm Childress, 74, of Shackelford, VA passed away on Friday, February 7, 2014 at Grace Health and Rehabilitation. He was born on November 16, 1939 in Charlottesville, VA to the late Levy and Rosa Wood Childress.
He is survived by his children, Robin Marston and her fiancé, Jonathan Williams of Stanardsville and Tracy Childress and his wife, Ellen of Ruckersville.
Additional survivors include his brothers, Donald and Ted Childress and his grandchildren, Logan Marston, Cole Marston, Cameron Childress and Krista Childress.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Childress.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 10, 2014 from 6 p.m. t 8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
