Hazel Morris Shifflett
Hazel Morris Shifflett, 77, of Raleigh, NC died on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at her residence. She was born on August 15, 1935 in Greene County to the late Fred and Girtie Shifflett Morris.
She is survived by her companion, Johnny McNally and her children, Wayne Shifflett and his wife, Cindy, Pat Knott and her husband, Butch, Perry Shifflett and his wife, Lisa and Sherry Grimes.
Additional survivors include her siblings, Leon Morris and his wife, Jean , Gary Morris and his wife, Carolyn, Thomas Morris, Betty Morris and her husband, Tommy and Faye Williams, six grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donnie, Landon and Ted Morris.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Church of the Brethren with Rev. C.C. Kurtz officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
