Justin Breeden Allen

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news of our loss: Justin Breeden Allen, 43, the son of Lisa Lynnette Breeden (Mike) and Duane Gilbert Allen (Judy), died peacefully in his sleep at his home in Charlottesville on Monday, October 26, 2026. Justin, known for his infectious smile and big, kind heart, slid his broken body into home base and directly into the arms of his Savior and his grandfathers, Loell Lee Allen and James Kenneth Breeden, both of whom preceded him in death.

Justin worked and played hard. He was a master meat cutter, but his primary focus in life was his faith, his family, and his surroundings. Justin loved this beautiful planet. A gorgeous sunrise or sunset would stop him in his tracks. Water and laughter soothed his soul.

Justin will be sorely missed. In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his soulmate/wife, Bridgette Lively Allen; his daughter, Abigayle Lynnette Allen; his stepson, Nash Porter Lively; his brother, James Breeden Allen (Heather); his sister, Kirsti Breeden Allen (Sean); his grandmothers, Joan Shifflett Breeden and Gloria Collier Allen; his nieces, Ashley (Seth) and Emily; his nephews, Rhett and Emmett; his great nieces, Charlotte and Eloise; his great nephew, Daniel; his uncle Mark (Sharon), his aunts, Kim (Mark), Nikki (Steve), Cindy (Tom), and Traci; and so many great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Details regarding the date, time, and location of the celebration of life will be announced once arrangements have been finalized.
