Kenneth “Wayne” Baugher
Kenneth “Wayne” Baugher, 69, of Dyke, VA took an everlasting trip on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. He was born on March 31, 1944 the son of the late Arthur and Pansy Baugher.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, Joyce Collier Baugher, three children, Debbie B. Swanson, Dawn B. Shifflett and Kenneth Wayne Baugher, Jr. and his wife, Tanya. His grandchildren, Shannah and Daniel, Patrick, Trey, Sara, Kaleb, McKenzie, Baileigh and Nick and two special little girls, Audrey and Sophia, his sister, Esther Rose and her husband, Ted of Deltona, FL, his brother, Arthur Lee Baugher, Jr. and his wife, Margaret of Ruckersville, his Collier Holler family and a host of family and friends too numerous to mention.
Wayne was an artist with a tractor. He had operated a backhoe and tractor since the age of 13 and later became owner and operator of Baugher Backhoe Services for many years.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Nortonsville Church of God.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Nortonsville Church of God with Rev. David Allison officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
