Margie Louise Johnson

Margie Louise Johnson, 86, of Barboursville, VA, died at her residence on Monday, October 12, 2026. She was born on June 28, 1940 to the late William E. Phillips and Lena Orange Phillips.

She is survived by her children, Robert McKinney Jr., Carol Farish, Teresa Beach, Donna Saunders, Rhonda McKinney, Sue Ella Nance, Terry Johnson, Timothy Johnson, and Mickey Johnson.

Additional survivors include her beloved sisters, Lela White and Ida Karnes, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Johnson, four brothers, four sisters, and a grandson, Matthew Beach.

The family would like to thank Bruce Shores for the care, companionship, and support he showed Margie.

A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
