Mary Alice Martin, 84, of Dyke, VA passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her residence. She was born on March 24, 1932 in Greene County to the late Kenny and Vanetta Morris.
She is survived by her children, Butch Robertson and his wife Gracie and Deborah Lawson and her husband, Bill; Grandchildren, Jimmy and Melissa, Randy and Andrea, Jessi, Tonya and Kevin, Tiffany and Scott, Chrissy and Wayne and Stacey and John; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Sylvia Partain and one special little girl, Emma.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Martin and numerous siblings.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Morris officiating.
Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
