Mary "Mollie" Diehl Bender

Mary “Mollie” Diehl Bender, 90, of Stanardsville, Virginia passed away Monday, February 1, 2021.

She was born August 25, 1930 in Northumberland, PA, daughter of the late Herbert C. Diehl and Mabel Seely Diehl.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bender.

Mary is survived by her children, Beth Friedmann (Greg), Linda Boyle (Chuck) and Charles Bender; grandchildren, Alex (Pauline), Glenn and Hannah Bender, Kelly and Michael Friedmann and Eileen Boyle; great-grandchildren, Cordelia and William Bender; and many other family members and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
