Patricia “Pat” Breeden
Patricia “Pat” Breeden, 70, of Stanardsville, VA passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of family on Thursday, January, 8, 2015. She was born on August 18, 1944 and was the daughter of Nita Pearl Eppard of Stanardsville and the late Otha R. Eppard.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Leroy Breeden of Stanardsville; sister, Elizabeth and husband Bobby, sister, Joan, brother Bud, brother Wendall and his wife, Judy, sister Mary Jane and her husband, Buggs; daughter, Teresa Breeden of Stanardsville, son, Timmy and his wife, Nicole Breeden of Ruckersville, granddaughters Paige and Kaleigh Breeden, grandson, Michael Breeden, numerous nieces and nephews and the family pug, Mimi. Also, a special appreciation for her “little friends” Jake, Hunter, Timberlee, Taylor and Sophia; as well as a little angel Jaida.
Patricia worked at Comdial for over 40 years and enjoyed babysitting after her retirement. She enjoyed family cookouts, visiting with her Mama, watching her grandchildren play various sports and going to the beach with her family.
Pallbearers will be Brian Morris, Scott Peyton, Shayne Gilbert, Patrick McGowan, Shirley R. Breeden and Shirley T. Breeden.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968 with Rev. Wendell Lamb officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank Martha Jefferson Hospital and the caring and wonderful staff of ICU for the compassion they showed to her and our family.
