Rebecca Anne May, 75, of Ruckersville, VA passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Grace Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on January 23, 1942 in Charlottesville, VA to the late George and Illa Hollar.
She is survived by her sons, Vincent Todd May and his wife, Dr. Leslie Hudson, Michael Evans May and Wendell Barry May; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Evans May and her step father, William H. Brill.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 27, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. Wendell Lamb officiating.
Interment will be private at Stanardsville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1160 Pepsi Place, Charlottesville, VA 22901.
