Ronald Jerome Guertin, 69, of Ruckersville, VA passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born on August 15, 1947 in Southbridge, MA to the Jerome “Jerry” and Doris Guertin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Barbara Guertin; two sons, Timothy Ronald Guertin and his wife, Kelly and Christopher Todd Guertin; two grandchildren, Timothy R. “Timmy” Guertin II and Clementine Louise Gray-Guertin and numerous family and friends.
Ron was passionate about golf, music, his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Northridge Community Church, 5100 Dickerson Rd., Charlottesville, VA 22911, with Pastor Bob Weaver officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the National Kidney Foundation Inc., 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
