Ronald "Ronnie" Wayne Dorsey

Ronald Dorsey, also known as “Ronnie” joined his brothers in the sky on the morning of March 29, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. After many years of battling COPD, he passed away at the age of 63. Ronald was born on January 18, 1959 in Leonardtown, Maryland to the late John Elbert Dorsey and Amie Rebecca Higgs. 

He is survived by his soulmate Wendy L. Gover, his two sons Danny W. Clements and Gregory J. Mahler, his daughter Linsey McFadden, and many nieces and nephews that he loved and cared for as his own.

As a man of many different trades, Ronnie was most proud of the top fuel drag bikes that he built in the earlier years of his life. He was a biker down to his core and was cherished by his biker brothers. When he was not in his workshop fixing any and everything, you could find him on the open road riding his Harley. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Ruckersville, Virginia followed with a graveside service at Mt. Paran Cemetery. Following interment, the family would like to have everyone gather at Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruckersville, Virginia.
