Suzan Lynn Stump
Suzan Lynn Stump, 51, of Dillwyn, VA passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at her residence. She was born on February 22, 1963 in Indianapolis, IN to Katherine Craddock and the late Nathaniel Craddock.
Mrs. Stump served our country in the United States Navy. She was a loving, sweet angel who always thought of others before herself. She had a tough spirit and fought a hard battle over the years, but her gentle soul is finally at peace.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Edward Stump of Dillwyn, her stepchildren, Michael Stump and Melissa Watson, her step grandson, Tyler Watson, her godson, Michael Tyndall, her lifelong friend who was like a sister, Kim Anderson, her mother-in-law, Helen Stump and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7 p. m. at Ruckersville Baptist Church, 6 Moore Rd Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Ruckersville Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Clements and Rev. Grady Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the National Kidney Foundation, 1742 E Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23228.
