Thelma Adams Jackson

Thelma (Auncie) was called home on the morning of December 29th to be with her Beloved husband Fred. She was born on April 27, 1939, to the late Thomas E and Daisy M Johnson. She was educated in the Louisa County School System. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Ruckersville, Virginia. She retired from General Electric after 35+ years.

She was preceded in death by her first husband James Adams and most recently by her beloved Fred H. Jackson of 30 years also her brothers Charlie, Willie D, George, and Lewis Johnson.

Thelma (Auncie) leaves behind to cherish her memories sons, Thomas J (Big Tommy) Adams and Thomas E, her sisters, Shirley Burton of Woodbridge, VA, Mable Smith of Richmond, VA, Dorothy Braxton of Green Belt, MD, Kathleen Johnson of Temple Hills, MD, Clistine Johnson of Rockville, MD, brothers Thomas C (Ruth) Johnson of New Carrolton, MD and John M (Lisa) of Washington, Dc and a Host of Nieces, Nephews and Special Friends.

Auncie’s famous last words were before getting off of the phone with you was “LATER”. Not Goodbye. We shall all see you “LATER”.
